The course supports the required cultural and attitudinal change that is essential for competence based programmes such as EBT. The course is exceptionally interactive, practical and utilises trainees’ own personal experience through discussion, which develops long-term understanding and commitment to course content. The main difference in the LMQ course is that we have a greater emphasis on developing skills and attitudes rather than just giving knowledge.
